Neox Dermacare: SMM for a distributor in Uzbekistan

Neox Dermacare — an Israeli brand specializing in professional care cosmetics with high quality. The brand's products are intended for cosmetologists and users looking for high-quality skin care solutions. In Uzbekistan, Neox Dermacare acts as an official representative, with the aim of conquering a new market and attracting the attention of a local audience.

Goal: Increase brand awareness and organize the flow of applications through promotion on Instagram.

Task

Our goal was to launch Neox Dermacare promotion in the Uzbek market from scratch, achieve brand awareness among the target audience, and organize a flow of product purchase requests through Instagram. Key goals included:

    • Creating content, reflecting the brand's high standards and unique products.
    • Setting up targeted ads to attract targeted customers.
    • Increase audience engagement through social interactions and active account management.
    • Organizing a lead stream and applications via social networks.

Decision

The main platform for promotion was Instagram, which made it possible to reach the target audience through visual and video content, as well as effectively use targeted advertising.

Communication tone:
We chose a friendly style of communication, as if it were two friends communicating, easily, sweetly, comfortably, with curiosity and interest discussing their skin care products.

Creating content:
The main emphasis was placed on creating advertising, informational and visually appealing content that reflects the brand's values and key product characteristics.

  • Informative posts about products, their composition and methods of application.
  • Video Content: product usage demonstrations and reviews.
  • Photo content: High-quality images of products and care processes created with the Instagram aesthetic in mind.

Targeted advertising:
The campaign was set up for:

  • Attract the target audience (women aged 25-45, with above-average incomes, interested in professional skin care).
  • Increase brand awareness through ads with a focus on innovative product formulas and application results.
  • Direct collection of applications through advertising in messages.

Engaging the target audience:
To create an active interaction, we used:

  • Contests with the raffle of the brand's products.
  • Interaction with cosmetologists: collaboration with cosmetologists who posted reviews of Neox Dermacare.

Result

The built-up strategy of promoting the Neox Dermacare brand through Instagram allowed us to launch the brand in a new market, create awareness and ensure the flow of customers. Thanks to high-quality content, targeted advertising, and active interaction with the audience, we managed to increase the number of subscribers from scratch, but also ensure the audience's interest.
